Previously, as a lecturer in Education at the Central Philippines University, Andrew Grant worked on breakthrough education projects across Asia. In 1996 he worked with the International and Indian Schools Total Health Program and helped to produce a health program that today is now reaching over 25 million children worldwide.

Andrew Grant has co-authored several books and over 30 corporate educational resources, simulations and programs that are licensed worldwide. He has been featured on BBC and ABC TV, Singapore radio, and in several international newspapers and magazines, including the Wall St Journal and Financial Review. Drawing from his background as an Educator, Andrew Grant is a great content keynote speaker and engaging facilitator, able to ensure that his methods have significant impact.

RCS helps Fortune 500 clients embed internal coaching capacity to develop leaders, retain talent and improve performance. Over 10,000 professionals have gone through coaching programs he developed.

David is the author of ‘Personal Best’, (Simon & Schuster, 2001), ‘Quiet Leadership’ (Harper Collins, 2006) and ‘Coaching with the Brain in Mind’ (Wiley & Sons, 2009), and ‘Your Brain at Work’, released in October 2009. As well as running RCS, in 2007 David coined the term
‘NeuroLeadership’ and co-founded the NeuroLeadership Institute, a global initiative bringing neuroscientists and leadership experts together to build a new science for leadership development. He co-edits the NeuroLeadership Journal and heads up an annual global summit.
Academically, David is on the faculty and advisory board of Cimba, an international business school based in Europe . He also co-created a complete coaching certificate program at New York University (SCPS) and is a guest lecturer at universities in 5 countries including
Oxford University ‘s Said Business School.
He is currently completing a doctorate in the
Neuroscience of Leadership, and lives between Sydney and New York City.

DICE (Digital Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise) is a first year module in DCU Business school which has been developed and coordinated by Dr Theo Lynn and Roisin Lyons. It is in its third year of operation and annually involves over 350 first year and nearly 200 postgraduate students from the faculties of business and computing.

Students explore the themes (Digital Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise) through a variety of activities:4 mini-conferences in the Helix on Social Media, Mobile Marketing, Starting your own Enterprise and Cloud Computing and Commerce. Over 30 speakers and panellists participated in these conferences this year including Julie Sinnamon (Chief Executive, Enterprise Ireland), Bobby Healy (CTO, CarTrawler), Bobby Kerr (Chairman, Insomnia), Ciaran Mulligan (CEO, Blue Insurance), Karl Tyrell (CEO, Book-a-Bed) and many more.
